Language : Cantonese and Mandarin Hourly rate : $150 (Face-to-face or Online) Ms Mak Lok Yiu Placement Student of Master Degree in Counseling (HKU) Candidate of Master of Soc Sci in Counselling (University of Hong Kong) Bachelor of Soc Sci (Hons) in Psychology (HK Baptist University of Hong Kong) Member of Hong Kong Psychological Society Mental Health First Aid Certificate Holder Miss Mak Lok Yiu particularly focusses on the behavioural and emotional development of children and adolescents, as well as individual counselling. She is skilled in play therapy and primarily adopts Person-Centred Therapy to support young individuals in developing self-awareness and emotional regulation. She has received professional training in the Satir Model, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to assist adults in navigating challenges related to work, family, and interpersonal relationships. Miss Mak has previously worked in schools and social service organizations and her frontline experience would be beneficial to the clients in need.
